[Resolved]  Safexpress — delivery boy rude behaviour

Safe express: this is to inform u that before sending any dispatch person please verify whether he is capable of doing his job because the person who came with the vehicle along with the documents he is so rude behave like customers are slaves in front of him using rough language, even used bad words on our staff, if safe express are giving such a huge amount of invoice delivery to unprofessional fellow who is behaving like nizams sarkar son, he didnt have time that customer shouldnt verify any thing or check the delivered material are ok or not he is no where concern about it he only knows we have to sighn the copy he will leave or else i beat u. I ask safe express u pple are working for customer or customers are working for you, in this concern my person as signed the copy due to your delivery boy rude behavior now we came to no that in that 2 boxes are missing which value 60k approx now tell what to do, should i raise the complaint or go to consumer court? This is the matter vale, your immediate action towards this help you for the future business, require any further information call me on [protected] i will share the picture of delivery person.
