[Resolved] Safexpress — delivery issue fake | |||
Safexpress agent call me on 20 oct 18 to deliver my consignment (Awb[protected] on 21st oct. When i agreed upon that... I also was available at the delivery site (Away from my home) well before the given time. Now on the day of delivery the safexpress agent ([protected]) blocks my number by saying that his delivery boy is not picking up his phone. My full day wasted in waiting for his call so that i can be available when my household goods are being shifted to the new place. But my full day goes in vain because of safexpress agent neither picking up phone nor my goods are delivered. What a customer can do if the agent of such a reputed company blocks the customer number.
