Docket No.[protected] booked on 30th April 2022, now we stand on 11th May after a gap of 12 days still we have not received this shipment.
Kindly advise, where is the issue regarding delivery, as we are unable to give proper answer to our valuable customer.
Pls look into the same and arrange to delivery the shipment by today without fail.
