[Resolved] Safexpress — did not provide with waybill no./ tracking number | |||
Sir, I decided to send my parcel through safexpress service. That was 1st jan and today is already10th jan. Unfortunately i have still not gotten my parcels tracking number. I have no way of finding out where has my parcel reached. I have been calling the office everyday, asking for my tracking number but they shamelessly postpone it everytime. I am worried and extremely frustrated. The parcel contains my life long personal notes and books. They are priceless to me. I plead you to please do something Consignment no. They are charging exorbitant charges against the charge policy and they are rude and switching off their mobile especially the branches in kurnool

We are not able to get the current stàtus of the consignment which is booked on 19/01/2019. Nobody is taking the responsibility to reply my call & query since 21/01/2019.
