[Resolved] Safexpress — Failed to deliver consignment on time | |||
My waybill Number is 86953002, I am Vipul from Patiala My shipment started from Silchar on 3rd October and consignment reached destination {patiala} on 11th October, I don't know why they are not delivering my consignment till now and today is 18th October. I just want to ask why should I pay u full when ur service is not up to the mark, i[censored] check back I have complaint alsmost every day starting from 13th October, but u failed to provide the service. previously the customer care use to tell me the consignment will be delivered today now they are saying they have no clue, why it is not being delivered, If any kind of a mishappening done with my consignment, then i want my consignment charges back. If you are irresponsible to deliver the consignment on time, then why are you all taking responsibility. After arrival, 7 days (and counting) wasted to deliver the parcel. Now i am feeling that might be my consignment has been stolen. That's why you are not delivering. If you don't want to give my consignment or something misshaping done with my consignment, I have to file a charge on you all through the consumer operations & regulations, I don't have any option.
