[Resolved] Safexpress — I lost my receipt | |||
I have sent two packages from Delhi to Shillong, Meghalaya on the 19/07/2020. I have tried talking to the customer care, no help at all. I have mailed them regarding this. Even the delivery person I tried calling and calling I wish to sue them now. I have no way to know the statuses of my packages and it is utterly disappointing for Safe Express to not care even a bit for their customers. Negligence and denial of services feom their part. Deeply saddened and annoyed by this form of ill organized service giving. Was this information helpful? | |||
