[Resolved] Safexpress — item missing in package - waybill#83684208 | |
Hi team, Waybill number: 83684208 One package with household items was requested to be delivered from davangere, karnataka to gurugram, haryana. The package was picked up from home at davangere on aug 2 and delivered to gurugram on aug 9. While packing our house people have verified all items were placed and box was sealed in front of them itseems, while we received the box was sealed. But we found that 2 items are missing in the package. (Chakli press and one cover with personal item). We contacted local delivery person and checked for missing item also. It was of no use. I kindly request you to investigate on this as the items were worth 800rs. I[censored]nable to find the item please refund the same. Contact me on below number for more details: [protected].
