[Resolved] Safexpress — missing of part of consignment, waybill no. 58024380 | |||||
I had booked safexpress to ship my bags and trolleys from indirapuram up to saltlake kolkata on 12th march. When i checked received items (By my uncle when i was not at kolkata), i found 4 items missing. Initially i realised the worth of my lost items around 7000 and i claimed for 6500. Later on i found some more items missing (Amount to total loss of 10, 000/-) still i sticked to claim of 6500/- on 30th march. On 3rd april, i was shocked to see a mail stating the company would reimburse 1000/- only. I refused to accept that in mail. And there is no confirmation of any revised cheque still now. It is an extremely insensitive, irresponsible courier service that can neither guarantee safe shipment of courier nor process the claim. Was this information helpful? | |||||
