I sent a shipment from Kanpur (pin code 208016) to Trichy (pin code 620018) on 5th May. The shipment contained:
5 carton boxes (Safe-express boxes)
1 dining table
Total number of items is 6
Waybill No:[protected]
Earlier today, your employee arrived at the destination address to complete the delivery. He brought 4 carton boxes (safe-express boxes) and 1 dining table. The 5th carton box that he attempted to deliver is not the same box that was dispatched from my house in Kanpur.
There has been a mistake, due to which ONE carton box is missing. The items are marked in serial designation as 1/6, 2/6, 3/6, 4/6, 5/6 and 6/6. The carton box that is missing is labeled 2/6. In place of the original box
that was shipped, safe express team has replaced it with a smaller box.
All the boxes have been returned to the Trichy office, until the missing box is found. Until then, we will not be taking delivery of the remaining items as well.
I request Safe-express team to look into this, to find the missing box and have it delivered along with the other boxes at the earliest possible.

I received the pictures of the open box on 14th May 2022. I was also promised that the boxes will arrive in Trichy within a weeks time. It has been 12 days since I received the pictures of the opened boxes, which were in Gorakhpur. No updates from anyone in Safexpress team.
Lesson learnt, do not bulk booking or send multiple boxes in the same waybill number when using Safexpress. Insist on separate waybill number and receipt for each individual box. Then it is easier to track the boxes and such mistakes will not happen, causing the customer to wait endlessly, hoping that all the boxes will arrive safely.
