Sir, We had sent a consignment to m/s ashok leyland rudrapur uttarkhand Vide docket no.53755099 by air on 20/06/2017 and as per your representative the consignment should have reached rudrapur on 23/06/2017 and till now it has not been delivered in spite of we paying charges for air mode.
