Behaviour of employee is very worst in Vikas puri opp to janak puri metro station. Quality of Sagar ratna food is really good, but first time i face this type of behaviour that force me not to go in Sagar Ratna again.

Unhygienic food - Insects in idli

We have ordered many food items from Sagar Ratna (PitamPura, Delhi). When we opened the box of Idli then we found insects in idli. The food was totally unhygienic. I'm just attaching the bill copy and a image. I have a video as well.

We visited your restaurant chain sagar ratna at amr hotel katra.

We ordered meals for five persons. When he served meals, we notice bad smell in meals and i complain to manager for bad meals, he says our food is ok if have any problem then u get out from our restaurant and take meals other shops.
