Sagar Ratna Restaurant — Bad experience and poor quality

I am the regular customer of Sagar Ratna and i try mostly branches in delhi, but yesterday i tried preet vihar branch with one of my friend, i seriously feel SO embarrassing in front of my friend, please see the bullet points below -

1. Firstly i ordered 2 Tomato soups and I get 2 but the quantity is less then the half in both one.

2. Then i ask other guy about the same and he said its 1 by 2.

3. What i said about quality its ****... i think u can understand what i mean.

4. I am completely shocked when i see that they use plastic bowl for serving hot soup and its unhygienic.

5. No taste in soup and color of tomato soup is light orange and without cream.

6. And last but not the least about the bill, in bill they mention 2 full soups and when i argue with manager about the same he said fault is mine he and his waiter is right.
