Dear sir,
I am ram singh your customer having two deposits a/c no are - [protected] & [protected]. Both schemes are now mature and i am not well as my age is above 80 so it's hard for me to live life in this weather. I required money for my medicine and other for materials. So i requested to my agent (Harnam singh district - auraiya branch - ajitmal) for payment now he is using very harsh word and demanding money 5% of payment and i have none for to give him.
Please help me i am in very poor situation and the winter is also on the peek.
