We are small customer of your sahara parivar. My mother has a RD account in lakhimpur kheri branch which matured on 17 feb 2017. After requesting many times to manager for withdrawal of maturity amount, he declined the payment by giving reasons that he have not money for payment to customer. Kindly resolve the mater as soon.
