Printer head cable need to replace complain by tollfree no is already logged on date 30/06/2018 with complain no "5089337".
Today is 24/07/2018 but still the head cable is not replaced.
Even i have personally visited epson authorized service center located at sitapur up but the responce is very poor

Its the worst service ever i got from any company related to printer or computer

Updated by RO2942 Sita EVEN I HAVE CALLED TO EPSON REGIONAL HEAD Mr. MARUTI MISHRA ON 19/07/2018 & HE ASSURED THAT DEFECTIVE PART WILL BE REPLACED BY 23/07/2018 BUT STILL THE PROBLEM IS SAME. NOW NO ONE IS PICKING THE CALL AT SERVICE CENTER.
