Sahara India Pariwar — issue in money withdrawal | |||
I have opened the account 31/12/2011 in an e-shine policy in patna branch. My home town is ramgarh, jharkhand. It took me one year to transfer the account from patna to ramgarh. First of all they denied to give the form. After 3-4 days of bank visit they have shared the form. I have filled the form in march 2018 and i got to know about my account transfer in december 2018 by one of the bank member. I do not have any document so that i can have proof that my account is transfered to ramgarh. In december 2018 i asked for withdrawal, then they are like we will not be able to do it. I have also dropped an application but no action taken. Receipt number is: [protected] Certificate number is:[protected] Request/complaint: 1. Proper communication is missing (Should have communicated that my account is transferred) 2. Sahara employee behavior is not good while returning the money 3.
