Sahara India Pariwar — non payment of matured amount of sahara special scheme by shivnagar branch , faizabad( up)

Address:Shivnagar, Faizabad, Uttar Pradesh, 224001

I had 14 bonds in name of Janki Devi of Sahara Special scheme which has matured on 30 Jun 2019. But the Shivnagar branch of Sahara is not paying the amount.
The branch manager Mr Bhagwati Prasad is declining to pay the matured amount and he is challenging me to go to any higher level.
I have an urgent requirement of money.
Please resolve the matter otherwise I will compliant to SEBI.
