Sir/Madam,
I am having 2 q-shop products scheme in Dighwa Dubauli Gopalganj Branch.
These 2 Q- Shop products have been matured in previous month and I did all the officially formalities in Branch but still those a/C's not settled down.
I made so many calls/ reminder to Branch head, he always made some excuse or picking my mobile.
So please look into the matter otherwise I visit the consumer forum against your branch manager.
