Sahara India Pariwar — sahara a select fd mature but maturity not released

Dear sir, i have make two fd in sahara a select scheme for one and haif year on date 26/09/2016, maturity date is 26/03/2018, but smriti nagar bhilai cg (5914) manager not release maturity amount, i have maturity demand two three times but manager every times asked fund not available in our branch, every times asked you reinvest your money for other scheme, but i need money. Please release my maturity amount.

Dear sir/mam.
I had an FD worth rs. 20000 through sahara nawadah sector which is matured on dated August 2014. Still they are not returning my money. Should I visit consumer forum or a court?
