Sir As sir I need to surrender as per my extreme require being widow & no income for daily expenses.So I went to office but the Manager denied to accept surrender/withdrew membership invested by my own money due to locking period.But sir if you look other bank mutual fund all if I need my own money I am able to withdraw.If the company follow to hard rules How the customer would go to your company again for investing. As before investing the agent & manager did not cleared that I will be unable to withdrew membership or surrender.
