The following are the issues faced -
- unprofessional behaviour from your staff when loading the stuff
- negligence by your staff creating damage to flooring when loading (emails already shared with your Bangalore staff)
- after refuting to make the payment, Mr. Jitesh Modi intervened stating he will take ownership for the delivery (until no despite several reminders on WA n Msgs, nothing heard
- lack of reaponsiness even from your senior management
- incomplete delivery (Refrigerator)
- fixation of Computer table / shoe rack not done
- damaged goods received
Sorry to state, Mr Jitesh was quite responsive until the payment was done, find it surprising that nothing now despite follow ups
