Sahara Q Shop — I am complaining about sahara q shop bond refund

Mumbai purchased sahara q shop bonds on 7th july 2012 which matured in 7 the july 2018 but i am not getting my amount because the agents are forcing me to convert bonds in to another scheme which will take 3 more years to get matured but now i am in urgent need of my money as my mother is serious and going through toughest phase for recovery of my mother i have to do angioplasty as earlier as i can an for that purpose i need my money on urgent basis i request sahara qshop that please refund my money as this money can help my mother for faster recovery.
