Sahara Q Shop — maturity date have completed even bankers are not in cash the policy

Respected sir/madam,

I am writing to you on behalf of my mother who had converted his policy from sahara real estate (After completed the maturity) to sahara q shop after pressurizing by bankers.
The maturity date of the sahara q-shop has completed a long back however again bankers are not allowing to incash the policy and making a pressure to convert again the policy in any new scheme of sahara.

My mother old is 55 years, she can not walk properly even she goes every day in bank but bankers does not listen to her request

I shall humble request you to please help us...
