Sahara Q Shop — my bond is completed but bank manager is making delay in payment and doesn't talk seriously.

Dear Sir, my bond in SAHARA Q SHOP UNIQUE PRODUCTS RANGE LIMITED has been completed but when I went to bank they are refusing to pay it soon. Manager doesn't talk seriously and says that it will be paid by SEBI direct to your account but doesn't say that when it will be paid. I called to SEBI but they are saying that your investment is not listed in SEBI. We will not pay you the refund.
Please tell me what to do.
