Sahara Q Shop — non receipt of maturity and unethical behaviour by the officials

I rajani sinha customer id[protected] i had submitted 200rupees monthly then in 2012 my plan was converted in the 'q shop plan-h' where my global advance money is 4700 on the date 22/10/2012. Since the plan period was of 6 years it had matured in 22/10/2018. I was said the i will get 3times of money by the officials. But when i went for the benefit the official had said to again spend on another plan for 2years. But this is not possible for me so i request you all to please take actions in this concern. Please reply with an action. The complaint was copied to supreme court india and sebi india.
