Sahara Q Shop — sahara q shop policy matured but sahara manager is not taking withdraw request and denying to giving payment

Dear sir/ma'am,
This is pramila gupta. I have invested total 80000 rupees on sahara q shop plan-h before 6 years in four times 20-20 thousands at sahara office of jamui branch, bihar-811307. (1st) deposited 20000 rupees on 1/11/2012 and matured on 1/11/2018, it's receipt no. [protected], certificate no.[protected], customer id[protected], center name & code - jamuyee [1341], sector - lakhisarai, region - munger r. O.
(2nd) deposited 20000 on 1/11/2012 and matured on 1/11/2018 by finishing 6 year. It's receipt no. [protected], certificate no.[protected], customer id[protected], center name & code - jamuyee [1341], sector - lakhisarai, region - munger r. O.

When i visited sahara center jamuyee to give 'request for refund' then they are not taking request for refund and manager is saying that "on this plan there is going on case and sahara company is not allowing us for refund on this plan" and denying for refund.
(3rd) deposited 20000 on 6/11/2012 and will mature on 6/11/2018 by finishing 6 year. It's receipt no. [protected], certificate no.[protected], customer id[protected], center name & code - jamuyee [1341], sector - lakhisarai, region - munger r. O.
(4th) deposited 20000 on 6/11/2012 and will mature on 6/11/2018 by finishing 6 year. It's receipt no. [protected], certificate no.[protected], hologram no[protected], center name & code - jamuyee [1341], sector - lakhisarai, region - munger r. O.

Please help me to get refund. I am very poor person. This was earning and saving of my 1 year. I saved money for my daughter marriage and sahara is not returning money. Please help me!
