Sahivalue.com — cheating on promised buyback price for my mobile

Website:www.sahivalue.com

Sir, sahivalue.com is a website for selling used mobile handsets, through fixing it's price online, by selecting readymade options. These options are prepared by sahivalue, to analyze the sellers mobile, & accordingly it's price is fixed online automatically. If i confirm to sell my mobile on displayed price, sahivalue confirms the deal by sending email. Then their executive visits the sellers, he checks the mobiles in person and gives promised amount to seller. If there is any daviation in data given by sellers, they also negotiate the promised price on site and complete the deal on negotiated price.
In my case, they valuated my mobile at 5800/-, which i confirmed to sell and they sent me confirmation email with executive appointment. When i called for executive details, they informed me that there is the problem with website and they can pay me only 4000/-. I checked, there was no problem with website, but now, when i revaluated my mobile, now it's showing rs. 4000/-, that means they changed pricing purposely to 4000/-. This is a cheating. I have confirmation email from them, and now they are denying. Please look into this matter.
