Sai Sandhya Driving School — Cheating-fraud

Hi Team,

Sai sandhya Driving school manikonda--[protected]
Driver(sunil-one who teaches)-[protected]

The agreed fee amount for car driving learning is 2000 for 26 days.
On the 3rd day of learning I paid 1000.
On the 10th day, sunil asked to pay the balance 1000 (as he needs to change car tyres).So i paid him.
after that, the whole drama started.
sunil wont answer the phone call. He had answered the call after continuous calls and he managed to give another 4-5 classes.
The balance classes were in vain,
The duration of the course is 26 days. All the above drama happened before 2 to 2 1/2 months.
When i asked the owner to refund my balance amount...that is not possible it seems.


Sir/Madam,
I dont want any money or the remaining classes.All I need is a legal action so that no other citizen would be cheated by this fraudulent people.
