Here I want every consumer that this service centre is number one fraud. I had called Samsung service centre for servicing my microwave oven, in which the touch panel was not working. Somehow one guy from above service centre got in touch with me pretending he is from Samsung authorised service centre. He quoted me Rs. 5000 for new panel and to service it Rs. 2400 (with 3 months warranty ), I opted for the service. After 15 days it started giving the same problem. Aagain I called Samsung customer care but to my surprise these guys were not form their authorised service centre. Now I have been trying to reach out Sai service centre but all the numbers given to me are wrong numbers.
Be alert and careful with these kind of fraud service centres.
