On being made complaint, m/s. Sai service centre changed ifb washing machine drum & tub and charged rs. 7800/- from us with warranty of 12 months vide bill no. 1492 dated 17.12.2017, which i have paid in cash. The drum & tub, changed by m/s. Sai, was old & used one.
Thereafter, in first week of june, 2018, there was again problem in the washing machine. We made complaint on 06.06.2018, and thereafter constantly reminded after every 4-6 hours. No one responded to the complaint.
Subsequently, i have made complaint to the authorised service centre of ifb at ahmedabad, who (M/s. Aditya enterprises, ahmedabad) again changed the drum & tub, and charged rs. 8850/- (Including service charges) vide bill no. 3249 dated 09.06.2018, which i have again paid in cash.
In view of the above, i was cheated by m/s. Sai. Accordingly, the amount paid by me to m/s sai should be reimbursed to me with compensation of harrasement.
