Sai Service Station — about the foul language used by the sai service employee (very bad word he used to me customer)

I had gone to sai service (Palghar) to renew my car insurance, when i asked a employee that does engine waxing is perfomed here or not then the other 3 female employee laughed and the employee which i asked him, he gaved bad words to me then i told him that i am a highly renown officer and i said him that tell your name but he did not told me his name.
