Sir/madam I had contacted your customer care at 6:15 pm regarding the battery down. They had attended the call and told me one of your corresponding representative will call back and i had received one call from thrissur service centre. When i told your representative the exact position, they transfered the issue to moonupeedika sai service centre. But i had no response from the centre.
