Sai Service Station — Mental Harassment Regarding my Car MH04JM8621

Sir,

I Bhagwati Lal kanhaiyalal Gundecha owner of my vehicle mh04 JM 8621 my both sons has meet with an accident on 15th October 2020 at Kolhapur Uttur district.
After Accident both were taken to the nearest hospital and where brought to Mumbai where we stays and after four days one son was Death whose name is Happy bhagwatilal Gundecha.
We were very disturb because of the death of my son so after 10 to 15 days we went to kolhapur police station and found that vehicle is not there in police station it was brought in service centre.
once we reached the service centre we found that the vehicle was there and when we check the vehicle the vehicle was not containing the camera ( 14000)and watch (20500) which was in the vehicle before accident . so it has been in the custody of Sai service centre so I want a back. and when I inquired with the service centre by whom instruction they have brought this car they were not able to answer the question and did not give the detail of the person on whose instruction they have brought the vehicle there.
It took us time for FIR done from the police station and after that we contacted futuregenerali and they appointed A server and server came and took the estimation from Sai service after that I got to know that there are some charges but was not knowing the charges and before estimation also no one told about the charges and now Ravi Bhosle from Sai service is calling and harassing us to transfer 27000 as charges and on demanding the invoice for what the charges is is not able to give us the invoice or any detail about the charges and giving his number for Google pay to transfer the 27000
Mr Ravi Bhosale is harassing us by regularly calling us we are not in a position to give him the charges as it is is not feasible to give the charges which is not known to us before the estimation. and also after the accident my second son has undergone three major surgeries and was in hospital for 2 months and is still on bed is undergoing recovery we have spent the lacs to get him out of the hospital and we are paying daily charges which is used heavy we are not in a position to pay any charges
but as soon as we receive the insurance money we told Mr Ravi Bhosle we will pay your parking charges which is applicable legally and lawfully and not any other charges which you are asking. Mr Ravi Bhosle is now harassing us by saying that if you don't be the charges we will stop your insurance claim and he also told us that the vehicle which is not in their custody is with police as once we told the police that we didn't send the vehicle to sai service the police went to Sai service and took the vehicle in their custody as Sai service was not authorised by us to hold a vehicle .
Ravi Bhosale is mentally harassing us by saying us to transfer the money in 3 days. I request Sai service to kindly help us in this matter and also help us to get our camera which is of 14000 and my smartwatch of Samsung which is of 20500 from Sai service service centre from Mr Ravi Bhosale . Thank you.
