Sai Service Station — refusing dent & scratch caused by them. | |||
This is regarding my maruti suzuki ertiga. I gave my car for dent removal at sai service lower parel. After 4day i was called for my car delivery, so i went to get my car. The dent was removed n the car was polished, but i found new long scratche on my left front door, i told that executive so he said its small normal one etc.. He applied something to make it light. As it was dark inside the sai service parking lot the dent and scratche on the back left wheel were not visible and its a grey car. The next day morning i found the scratch visible clearly and the dent on the top back left wheel of my car. As it was sunday the showroom was closed. So i went to them on monday leaving my office. I told them about the dent they are completely denying. I told them if the dent is after the car delivery there as to be something colour or something by which the dent is caused, instead that area is looking polished n smooth. The executive is completely neglecting that they have caused the dent. I am vet upset with this kind of behaviour. They are not ready to except there fault. This was my worst experience with sai service. Seriously sai service you guys betrayal my trust. This is not a way you treat your faithful costumer. I think i made big mistake buying a car from you. Henceforth i wont recommend sai service to anyone. To hide your faults you are denying your mistake. That’s not right. I need a solution for this or else i would approach consumer court.
