Sai Service Station — they did not check the water level in the batter and just after few days of service my new battery got burnt and i had to replace it

This is the worst service i had ever had in my life. They did not check the water level in the battery when servicing because of which the battery got burnt/ damaged and i had to replace it just few days after the service is done. My car went off while i was driving with my family at the mid night and had caused a lot of trouble just because they did not do their job correctly. The had confirmed that they had done all the regular check - up but they are very unprofessional. I had lost my money and time just because of their negligence. I would kindly request to take action against this frauds.
