I, Anjani kumar singh, Ex-MCERA II, retired from Navy, want to draw your attention towards the huge land scam run by an NGO named as SWO-INDIA throughout India and exploiting our innocent and brave soldiers in the name of welfare of soldiers. I am waiting for plot at Lucknow since more than Six years, Reg no. CB/LKO/P5/1200sq.ft./064, not yet received the latest status of Lucknow Jail road plots. SWO-INDIA whose full name is" SAINIK WELFARE ORGANISATION "is a registered NGO run by Lt.Col. Rakesh Rana(Retd.) as chairman and managing director. He has opened such an NGO to do the welfare of soldiers by providing housing plots to our brave soldiers in an affordable price in no profit no loss basis.He has made such lucrative and attractive advertisements and false commitments through its web-sites (swo-india.com/swo.co.in) that anybody can fall prey of this organisation. He has done its publicity through various defence units also.. Further I queried from my different friend circles about different other projects run by SWO-INDIA in all around India. I got surprise that all the projects known to me are going in the same fashion. Then we came to a conclusion that SWO-India in the name of welfare, doing a huge land scam in all around the India and made innocent and poor soldiers as their soft targets. We soldiers are staying far away from our home and living in a tough terrain and adverse conditions. We are not able to fight legal battle against these scams and frauds in the courts due to our service exigencies which are very well known to a retired defence personnel like Lt. Col. Rakesh Rana (Retd) the Chairman and Managing Director of SWO-India and he took full advantage of that.Therefore I request you please kindly feel the pain and agonies of those victimised brave soldiers and help them by exposing the conspiracy of Mr.Rakesh Rana and his organisation through your news channel. I also request you on behalf of those innocent deceived soldiers please disclose the huge scandalous affairs of this organisation through proper investigation by your neutral investigating agency and make it a sensational news like that of chit fund scam as a biggest land scam of independent India. Further we are also in favour of the handing over of this case to CBI for further investigation and necessary action. If required we will provide all the valuable evidences in this regard. This will further assist us in fighting against this fraud organisation and recover our dues in appropriate time.
