Sairam Gulle — kaleswari bus service very bad

I have booked kaleshwari bus from redbus app from shiridi to hyderabad. My bus is scheduled at 6pm from shiridi. After my booking i went to app and checked the list of buses in redbus app. But i havent seen the bus details which i booked.. As a result, i called to the number which is given in the ticket. He confirmed that bus didnt get cancelled and will be there at 6pm. I went to stop at 5:30pm and called once again to same number... Now he was saying that bus got delayed for 1hr. I have waited for another 1hr and called them.. Now they are saying that bus got cancelled then i asked them why cant you drop a mail or msg to us and how can you shift my seat from one bus to another bus and change my travel timing without my knowledge and intimation and also i was about to cancel my ticket in the app there is no canceling option and called several times kaleshwari travel customer care and red bus customer care.. No one responded to my msg and call.. I would request you to take strictly action on this travels.. As this is not the first time and they are charging huge amout from the passengers and playing with them.

Finaly, when i called the pick agent he was telling me that He is not responsible what is happening .entire hyderabad kaleshwari travels people are responsible for the same.Now people who about board bus got fooled because they are suffering over there and no one is there to address their queries even they tried to call customer care number of redbus and kaleshwari travels no responce
