Sakshi Motors — fraud and false billing | |||
I own a yamaha bike mh-05-cw-9365 which i bought from sakshi motors Plot no. 48-54, sector no.1 nerul, next to bmw showroom navi mumbai on april 2016. Since the day of purchase i prefer to do servicing and maintenance job with dealer only. They are taking advantage of customers trust and cheating them. Recent i went for routine servicing of my bike. For routine servicing they charged me inr 4048, when i asked why this much than they informed me that they had to replace lot of parts (Which was not required). Generally servicing will take 2-3 hours. On 7th april 2018 at 1200 hrs i gave my bike for servicing they said i can pick my bike at 1730 hrs. At pick time i went to showroom and was waiting for delivery but to made us (Me and my wife) wait till 2030 and handed-over me a bill of inr 4048. Since i was getting later collect bill envelop and left the place. At home when i checked hard copy of bill it was dated as 23 oct 2017.. When i asked showroom owner why my bill is dated on 23 oct 2017 when this serving was done on 7th april 2018. So they said there is a problem with their billing software and they release a new bill with correct date. Till date i haven't received correct bill and now they stopped responding.
