Dear team, I book a ticket in paytm of rs 1500+service tax.in your site u mentioned as sleeper seat but in real their is no sleeper seats. Its quit ridiculous that i have been alotted with a seat number 27 but that bus driver ask me to sit in the last row seat as my ticket has been alloted to some other. And same ticket has been sold to a guy of rs 1000 directly.. What's the point of online booking here.. Looking forward to get ur reply. Require ur kind intervention...
