I have travelled in this travels yesterday.. Bus was supposed to come by 7. Pm to kalasipalyam but travel agents said that you can go to maiwala and board the bus there since bus got stuck in traffic and we will arrange another bus till that place from kalasipalyam. That bus driver dropped us at madiwala at 8. Pm. From 8. To 10 i was standing on the road along with my wife... I called no of times to the sam tourist office no response from the office. Bud came by 10pm... We asked for the luggage space they stared quarreling with me and about to beat. Driver and staff were drunk abusing with bad words. I had reaaly a bad experience with sam tourist...
How can i take an action..
