I want to make a complaint against samaj kalyan vibhag regarding the scholarship which i have not yet received whereas the samaj kalyan vibhag site is showing that the scholarship is approved in[protected] i am in obc category so half college fee return and my application no is apph0313146m20082014 please find out where is the money of my scholarship.
