      I am Kapil Dev Sharma. I opened an account in samco on the 5th of August 2021 with clint code RK32602. Samco claimed that they will provide a free subscription for 1 month. After that, you have to take subscription and that will be after your consent. After one month without my consent, they activated the subscription after one and half months. When I inquired about this from samco they replied that it cant be refunded now. Then I told them that please deactivate my subscription. They told me that we cant deactivate your subscription from our end and directed me to contact my home branch for its deactivation. When I contacted my home branch they said we cant deactivate it from our end, it can be deactivated from the samco end only. I want its deactivation and refund of the deducted amount. Samco is mentally torturing its customers.

          I have two A/C's with them viz DA32253 & DA32254. They have wrongly DEBITED me with 1700 & 15000 (excess) this morning. They are not trying to resolve my complaint as I have been following up with them since morning. No one is even bothered to vall back after promising me to do so. Remember thay this is not for the first time that this goo[censored]p has happened. Very disgusting & shameful act. In fact, it doubts their integrity.

            My client code is DS30210.
            I am day trader and makes good profit in each trade.
            Recently I switched my account to samco securities.
            To get the practice, I used small amount.
            I transferred Rs. 7500 in my samco securities in the month of November 2021.
            When I checked the historical profit and loss statement for the period from 03 November 2021 to 09 December 2021 it showed profit of Rs. 646 after all the taxes and charges. The account balance would have Rs. 7500+646=8146.
            But the fund available in my account is only Rs. 6314.
            This seems to be fraud or something fishy.
            Samco may be charging some hidden charges.

              My Client code with samco is DC12580. I am requesting samco to change the mode of operation in my CSDL account so that I may transfer my demat holding with another DP participant. At least I called them 10 to 15 times and raies tickets on their support section but no one is caring... Who will be responsible for any financial loss.??

                My client id is DS54005.I have contacted several times over phone and email to close my account.As I understand tey need to send me a closure from which need to fill up and send.After following up multiple times they are not sharing the form.This is harrassment .How many times I need to follow up to get my account closed.

                      I Rinki Client code : DR38809 had recently opened a trading account with Samco. My first experience with Samco was not so great, I tried to transfer funds through UPI
                      from a Stock Note application in the commodity section for 900/- rupees on 12th August 2020 at 5.32 pm which was not updated till date. I called up your customer service and they said the problem is at the bank's end. But to my consent the amount is deducted successfully and transferred to your third party end at [protected]@hdfcbank.
                      It has been a first bad experience with samco while transferring the funds then how can i transfer more funds to trade.

                      I am attaching a copy of transaction receipt for your reference.
                      Kindly do the needful at earliest and get back to me as soon as possible.

                          Today I trade in mcx crudeoilm 1 lot .
                          Price falls but not comes at my stoploss 4025. But unfortunately it shows that my stoploss hit 4025 time[protected]

                          And comes in losses in amount of 17 points means 170 Rupees loss that trade.
                          I contact there support no. But call is not connected.
                          So i requested to them refund my amount of 170 rupees.

                            Respected sir/madam

                            Myself SHRIOM SHARMA have a deemat account with Samco Securities, my client code is DS30631, I want to close my account because of their hidden charges and 3rd class services and requesting for the account closure form from last 3 days but till now I have not received any response from Samco.

                            The way they're behaving proves that they are not a good company. I made a big mistake by choosing Samco while there are many good brokers available at a very cheaper brokerage as compared to Samco.

                            I would suggest to all the Samco account holders to check their Ledger regularly as Samco is debiting charges which are not generally informed to the account holders.

                            And In public interest i want to make aware those who are thinking to open account with Samco, i want to tell you that it is not a good broker to work with.

                            I request you to please intervene so that I can get the account closure form.

                              On 26/07/2019 i informed one of your staff regarding shortage of asset value funds of around rs.26000/- and she told me there is some error in updating account on 18th and 19th july 2019 which will be updated within few hours and sending me an email. But until now i did not received any mail from you. This is a serious matter and due to this negligence from your side i got some losses. Please look into this matter and refund the sum to my trading account immediately.

                                    My name is abhijeet srivastava. My client code is da33880. I am a very active trader on their platform. I am doing good in my trades however despite making the profit i have observed that my fund availability in my account is not as per the ration i made the profit.
                                    I am highlighting the incident of dated 30-apr-2019. I had 29 lots of crude oil mini for june - bought at price of 4517, 10 qty, 4516, 10 qty, 4394, 5 qty and 4420, 4qty as per my calculation the average price is approx 4482 i sold all this at an average price of 4488 however the company showed it as a loss of rs 7500. On that day i made around 8000 rs profit in crude oil mini for june series but compacny shown it as 7500 loss and subsequently reduced my margin.

                                    Same way for zinc i did shot sale of zinc mini above 200.5 rs but they shown it at avg price of 199.69 and despite making the profit on this trade they have shown it as a loss of rs 350.
                                    I am highlighting these concern with them since last 2 months and no resolution provided by them. Request you to please look into this and help me connect with the authorities to escalate this matter and cheating about this broker.

                                      I am using samco since a month today. Daily i am facing some technical issues such as:
                                      1. 15 minutes charts don’t show
                                      2. App doesn’t open at 9 am and 10 am, the time when commodity and equity market open
                                      3. The recent problem is that charts are not getting opened on iphone. This problem is since friday evening. I have called multiple times. Each time i get to hear that problem will be solved but it is not solved as of this time
