Samco Securities — price not reached at my stop loss and my order has square off.

Sir i am Durgesh Kumar a client of samco securities client id is DD31766.
Today I trade in mcx crudeoilm 1 lot .
Price falls but not comes at my stoploss 4025. But unfortunately it shows that my stoploss hit 4025 time[protected]

And comes in losses in amount of 17 points means 170 Rupees loss that trade.
I contact there support no. But call is not connected.
So i requested to them refund my amount of 170 rupees.
