Samiah International Builders — samiah builder - shop in business park not delivered after 8 years

Website is now under construction for samiah builder, is he planning to elope from india and get rid easily from rera.

My complain is about a shop which i booked with samiah along with couple of residential plots. Please find details from my email sent in year 2016 to samiah.

As requested, please find the details of the investment made into samiah international project since 2011. We have made the 2 major investment (1st investment in business park and 2nd investment in residential land). Details on it mentioned below.

I have purhcased the shop # g009 in business park in rudrapur. Following are the cost paid.
At the time of purchase (In year 2011):
Ground floor - rs. 4, 100.00
Front side ground floor - rs. 1, 000.00

Shop cost @ rs. 4, 100 is equivalent to rs. 12, 75, 000.00
Already paid amount till date is equivalent to rs. 8, 80, 000.00 (Which is 70% of the cost of the property)

Front side ground floor - rs. 1, 000.00
Current rate - rs. 8, 000.00
Shop cost @ rs. 8000 is equivalent to rs. 20, 00, 000.00

Hence the current investment value (Investment1) is equivalent to rs. 14, 00, 000.00 (That is 70% of the current cost of the property)


Investment2: (In year 2011)

Additionally (Investment2) we have invested in three plots of area 60 sq. Yard (Plot # e3, e4, e5) of nri lake city project.
Amount paid upfront to this purchase is equivalent to rs. 1, 25, 000 per plot i. E. Equivalent to rs. 3, 75, 000.00 (Property is under
The name of mr p rawat, mrs r rawat, mr k sharma)
I can calculate this cost aggregating every year @ rate of 8.5% per annumm if kept under the fd.
Yearly cost : base cost + interest @ rate 8.5%
Year 2012 : rs. 3, 75, 000.00 + rs. 31, 875.00 = rs. 4, 06, 875.00
Year 2013 : rs. 4, 06, 875.00 + rs. 32, 550.00 = rs. 4, 39, 425.00
Year 2014 : rs. 4, 39, 425.00 + rs. 37, 350.00 = rs. 4, 76, 775.00
Year 2015 : rs. 4, 76, 775.00 + rs. 40, 525.00 = rs. 5, 17, 300.00

Total value of investment in the current year should equate to rs. 5, 17, 300.00


Hence in total if you suggest me to put investment again into your project then it will be investment1 + investment2
Total investment value = rs. 14, 00, 000.00 + rs. 5, 17, 300.00 = rs. 19, 17, 300.00

Can you please let me know what are the further investment i can make using the above amount on any ready possession property available.
I would be interested to invest either on residential land of 200sq. Yard (Looking at down fall of rates in rudrapur) or on either 2bhk flat in sharda apartments or the commercial land mentioned by you.

Whichever suits my budget will be able to reinvest.

The Samiah International Builders responded to one mail stating property is ready for possession, when asked about photographs of the same, they are not responding even after 3 reminders.
