Samiah International Builders — samiah builders caretaker gave my flat keys to neighbor to use my home | |||
Hello, In a most socking incident that ever happened to me (and could ever happen to anyone), when I reached Samiah Lake City project, Rudrapur to see my flat. As I went upstairs to see my flat, even before I could look for my keys to open the flat. I saw that the flat was already open. I was shocked to see this. And on knocking the door, a lady came out (in her last 40s) and was surprised to see me. I told her that I'm the owner of this flat, to which she said that Samiah guy gave her the key to use the flat. and she was using it for last few months now. Since I live in Noida and bought this as an investment and have hardly visited the property trice. Knowing this, the Samiah contact person gave her my house (which was with his to rent this flat) to the neighbor for their use. I have recorded video of this and also have audio of the neighbor apologizing . Was this information helpful? | |||
