Dear sir i am your customer since 10years my bag is damaged and i give it to your samsonite store from where i brought it and he is given me approval for the fresh bag of same cost but i select the bag cost higher than 3000 from previous one but the matter is that he is telling me that he will not give me the fresh warranty for the new bag after replacing My question is that when i pay more rs 3000 then i will be able to get a fresh warranty otherwise you will refund me my amount of bag i will take it from the other store So kindly give me the needful and satisfactory reply from you My contact details are Navaid shaikh opposite hdfc bank nagpur road mul district chandrapur pin 441224 M no [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
