Id like to share my unpleasant experience with Samsung, I ordered a Rs 50k monitor from the online website, the delivery time of which was 7 days. After 10 days of order, I noticed that the delivery service purposefully sent missed calls on my phone during odd hours and then marked the delivery as “Customer Unresponsive”. On the 11th day, I called back the delivery number 7 times before he picked up the phone and confirmed he would send it out for delivery. However, at that point, I was travelling outside the country and asked them to return the product
Fast forward to 5th May, I ordered the monitor again for around Rs 48k after a sales representative called my phone saying it was a limited time offer and that prices will rise, after which the monitor was priced even lower at Rs 46k. I cancelled my order and the refund had been pending for 10 days with customer support making me wait 1 hour every time I raise this issue with them that the refund has been pending for this long
Every time after 1 hour they reply, that the refund will take 7 – 10 days, wasting my time. The utter lack of service is disrespectful
I have contacted support a total of 7 times, with no resolution even after 12 days of cancelling the order
Every day i contact support and they copy paste the same response that their support team will contact me via email, in the email they say the same thing again
