Dear Sir, i would like to inform that i have purchased a sumsung Galaxy M31S for Sumsung shop (https://www.samsung.com/in/shop/mobile), Order #[protected] dt 24.09.2020, as per samsung shop show the addition exchange bouns when mobile excjange) i have already exchange my mobile on 24.09.20, but addition Exchange Bouns is not got till date. i regular follow with Samsung India via e-mail & customer care number. till date not resolve the issue with regards Rajesh Kumar porwal [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

with reference to trailing mail, COMPLAINT NO 1707440 DT 13.08.2020, till date no response form customer care support, regarding the exchange bonus.
pl resolve the issue, otherwise pl return the Phone & Refund my amount.
