Samsung — after being given false promises from the team and some supervisor by the name of mr. prince, i still do not have my product | |
I had ordered a galaxy s9 (64 gb, black) on 8th may'20. The order number for my product is - [protected]. The product was supposed to be delivered on 27th may'20. Since then, i have been tirelessly mailing/calling the samsung team to get hands on my product as the same has been in 'approved' state from day 1. After being given false promises from the team and some supervisor by the name of mr. Prince, i still do not have my product. It takes a minimum of 20 minutes to reach the consumer helpline as the team has always been busy. I am done with explaining my issue to each executive that picks up my call. They tell me that the product has been dispatched and give me details for the other product i had ordered (Galaxy buds plus - [protected]). The buds were ordered much later than the phone and they have been delivered. Hence, i cannot believe that product is being delayed due to the corona virus travel restrictions. I have been a loyal and dedicated customer of samsung from over 10 years now. I am literally taken aback on how pathetic their service is and how incompetent the team is. I have been promised hundreds of call back from various executives (Rajat, tushar, etc.) and have got none. If the product is out of stock then why was it approved in the first place. The irony is after all this crap i have been through, my product was cancelled. I have requested a reorder of my product (Case number[protected] and do not know when i will get my product. I have already paid 1 installment for the phone and i still do not have it. It has been a terrible experience! Requesting an urgent solution and want the phone as soon as possible.
