[Resolved]  Samsung — bought a new double door fridge 10 days before of 32k and I got a fault for which I raised multiple request but no action is being taken

I bought a new double door fridge 10 days before of 32k and got a fault for which i raised multiple request but no proper action has been taken so far and after several attempts of customer services fridge is still in the same condition. Just now I spoke to customer care executive and as per him they are not able to do anything right now and because of this I have lost around 3k of stuff which was kept in fridge for my party purpose.

Hi Team,

As per the above complaint I am yet to get any action from your end. My appliance is still having several issues which are not resolved even after multiple actions from Samsung Engineer named 'Vishal'. He visited on 21st of November and did some technical stuff for which we are totally unaware and told us to wait for 2 days and he will give one more visit(i.e on 23rd Nov) just to verify the appliance if it is working fine or not. We did wait for 2 days and didn't get a positive feedback for the refrigerator. We called 'Vishal' for a visit which he didn't received and didn't even bothered to call back till 23rd evening and thus spoiled the whole day for us simply sitting and waiting at home. Finally we called the dealer "Gopal'(owner of MTK samsung dealer) and we received a call from 'Vishal' saying that he will be coming in 30 minutes but no one has visited so far and we are in total frustration right now.

Please let me know if this can be resolved at this level or should we take this to consumer court for further actions against the company as we are facing the issue from first day itself. Hoping for a prompt reply this time around.

No work has been done so far. Such a fraudulent company is this Samsung.
